INSPIRE H20 BASE KIT
Inspire H2O Airbrush Base Kits:
Inspire Airbrush Base colors exhibits the bright and vivid colors, The Inspire H2O Airbrush range are twice the strength as our custom paint range. This is to help reduce the amount of coats needed for the airbrush artist. All colors come ready to use.
The Base Kit Includes 9 x 2oz Bottles:
- White Base
- Black Base
- Lemon Base
- Red Base
- Dark Blue
- Mustard Base
- Green Base
- Orange Base
- Dark Red Base
All Inspire H2O airbrush Base colors are inter-mixable to create thousands of colors. Inspire Base colors can also mixed with our other Inspire products for novel effects.
Metal Flake Application: "Dry Flake"
Apply our Metal Flakes over any base color to produce a real custom effect, most customers use a black Basecoat. We recommend adding the Metal Flake to our Flake Carrier but you can add them to a Automotive solvent or water based Clearcoats, Clear basecoats and Resin's. Depending on how heavy you want the flake effect, will depend on how much you will need.
Always spray test panels before spraying you product or project to see the effect you desire.
- Start by prepping your project as you would any other paint job. (Sand, Prime, etc.)
- Apply 2-3 coats of Base coat.
- Add 5g to 100g of Dry Metal Flake to a Clear base coat or lacquer and stir well.
- Apply the 1 - 5 coats of Metal Flake until you get the effect you desire.
- Apply a Clearcoat until the Metal Flake is fully covered.
Metal Flake Fx Application: "Paint"
METAL FLAKE FX is an EASY to apply Metal Flake paint. Metal Flake FX is highly concentrated with our Metal Flake and full coverage can be achieved with in a few coats, which then can be 2K clear coated or be used as a base for our Candy effect paints.
- Always spray test panels before spraying your product or project.
- Start by prepping your project as you would any other paint job. (Sand, Prime, etc.)
- Apply 2-3 coats of Basecoat leaving 10-15 minutes between coats.
- Leave 60 minutes before applying the effect color to ensure basecoat is fully dry.
- Stir paint well before adding Reducer. Mix Metal Flake Fx 2-1 with Reducer & stir well.
- Apply 2-5 coats of Metal Flake Fx depending on the effect you desire. Leave 20-30 minutes between coats. Ensure its fully
- Leave 60 minutes before applying a 2k Clearcoat.
